CARBON NEUTRAL SHIPPING
We have chosen DPD as our parcel delivery service due to their commitment to carbon-neutral deliveries. DPD has committed to switching HGVs to renewable biofuel, doubling its EV fleet and measuring the carbon footprint every step of the way so they can reduce and offset the emissions for every delivery.
PACKAGING
Our garment packaging is 100% biodegradable and compostable.
Our paper mailers have met the strict criteria of the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Chain of Custody, ensuring that forest-based materials used during production have met all requirements at every step in the supply chain - from sourcing to distribution. Once you’ve finished with your mailer pouch, you can take off the label and add it to the roadside recycling, or you could shred it and add it to your compost heap. The paper mailer will help remove any excess liquid from your compost and will provide a good source of carbon.
Once you are done with the poly bag, you can pop it in the food waste collection bin. Our poly bags have met the EN13432 European Composting Standard. This means that once the bag arrives in the industrial facility, controlled conditions such as temperature and humidity will encourage bacteria to digest the compostable polymers.
RETURNS
You are welcome to return any item of XWASTED clothing for an exchange or refund within 60 days of receiving it, so long as it is unworn and unwashed.
To return a faulty item please contact us immediately at hello@xwasted.com with "Defective item"in the subject line. We will send you a return label and exchange the item if it's in stock or provide you with a refund once we receive the item back.
Please note that we do not cover the return postage cost for non-faulty items. However, if you purchase with PayPal, you can claim the price of return postage with them - more info can be found here.
For hygiene and safety, we don't accept returns of non-faulty XWASTED Facemasks.
